October - November 2023: The Planets & When The Dragons Came Backk To Wales presented by Hummadruz

A black light theatre double bill: Gustov Holst's The Planets and When The Dragons Came Back To Wales Stuart Bawler and Lenny Sayers. Performed: The Riverfront, Newport, Blackwood Miners Insitute, Blackwood, Theatr Brechieniog, Pontadawe Arts, Barry Memo Arts. 

March 2024: The Bench curated by Krystal S. Lowe

A large oversized bench creates the back drop for a series of improvised performances: duets, solo's and group explorations take place outside over a time period of 5hours.  

July - August 2023: Fabulous Animals devised by Zosia Jo

I was one of the artists touring the performance to venues across South and West Wales. Venues: DanceBlast, Abergavveny, Aberystwyth Arts Centre, outdoors in Parc Cwm Darren, and The Torch Theatre, Milford Haven with a summer school for children and adults.

February 2023: How Shall We Begin Again?, Cardiff

piece best described as something between a protest, portraiture and something like a prayer. initiated by Jo Fong, I was supporting artist for the creation process and one of the 50 performers who perform a solo that formed a two day installation in Wales Millennium Centre on their Donald Gordon stage.

July 2022: CULTIVATE Scratch Night

A scratch night curated by Justin Teddy-Cliffe at The Riverfront, Newport showcasing works in progress to testbed audiences. I performed work in progress piece 'Dear, Love From'

August 2020: The Stay Home Dance

I devised through the lockdown, a collaborative dance film project between a spoken-word poet and a group of Wales based dancers. A project to keep creatives connected.

Co-organised with Lauren Heckler. I parade that opened up three new creative spaces in Cardiff: Shift, SUll & Rug. Inspired by the parade for the kids in 1800's when the capitol centre was a theatre.

A workshop I further developed for BeyondFace that shares techniques to place existing texts into the space and allows you to create movement phrases to accompany it. Suitable for: dancers, movement practitioners and actors

June 2023: Free Writing & Improvisation 

A workshop I further developed for BeyondFace that takes artists with a movement based practice through a process that combines writing technique: free writing with improvisation in dance to creates both written work and performance work that is closely related to each other 

November 2021: Performance Art: The Impact of form on storytelling.

A workshop I created and led for Bridgend College Fine Art Students. Looking at the impact of performances forms on story telling, exploring what forms of performance there are and why we might use them.

A workshop I created and led for PGCE students at Bath Spa Uni. Using Skellig by David Almond I introduced tools for trainee primary school teachers to be able to use dance in the classroom with story books as the starting point.
